sergio, or whoever has time to help.
I am trying to figure out the estimated stock price of Lockheed and Northrup Grumman after the merger. I am trying to decide whether to sell some now.
They will have combined earnings of 14-15 Billion. LMT and NOC. I came up with about $200 a share with my 8th grade math. I was wanting to know how to estimate a stock price using P/E, earnings, shares and such. NOC will receive 1.19 of LMT' shares after merger. NOC shares will be gone. Hope this is not interupting the thread.

Thanks
Mike

RENX....

Jim I'm kind of intrigued with this stock. It appears that management is moving in the right direction. I started reading some of their releases and the last quarterly. It appears that the 1.5 million one time charge in the 4th quarter has already been takng into consideration but will really have to see when the 4th quarter numbers are released.

the first part of the last press release is what I would want to know about first
<<<December 12, 1997--Renex Corp. (Nasdaq
National Market:RENX - news) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Dialysis Services of Atlanta, Inc. (''DSA''). The purchase price and actual terms of the acquisition were not
disclosed.

Did the purchase price include shares and if so how many? If it was financed what were the terms?

Cary

LVNTF....

Jim in regards to the financials for the 3 months vs 9 months there was quite a difference in the revenues and income. 3 months were very favorable while the 9 months were pretty flat. This might have led to the decline in the stock since November when it was reported. They appear to have been very successful with their shows and productions in the past.

It appears that the stock has always traded for the most part between $8 and $12 range. It does appear that it is at the bottom of its range. Any idea of how the fourth quarter might have shaped up as far as shows or productions that might effect the price of the stock?
