Microsoft/WebTV is serious about driving volumes up:

WebTV price cut: $99

The price of the original WebTV set-top Internet-access device is
being lowered to $99. During the holiday selling season, WebTV
Classic was sold for $199, with a $100 rebate. The formal
announcement of the price reduction will be made this week at the
Consumer Electronics show according to sources quoted by Consumer
Electronics newsletter. Sources said dealer cost for WebTV Classic
will be in $75 range, the report added.

IDT should get some nice business from the increased sales of these uits.

Since you are pretty well versed in the PC industry, I was wondering what you might know about the emergence of USB. I'm an unfortunate investor in SYSF which is one of the USB software writers. YOu wouldn't happen to have any opinions on the matter would you?

Thanks
