Alan, Felderhoff will escape unless they can get on of the geological gang to testify against them. Since they are all rich and silent they will stay quiet, and all the trustees can point to is a suspicion, and that will not convict him in criminal court. So after a few years Felderhoffs assets in the Caymans will be released. His other hidden assets will not be touched as they are not known. What about Walsh in his little island hideaway? Same thing there. Bill
