>>>Maybe you should reference my post on stock options. Allegedely, nearly every professional hired before 1992 who has not exercised his options is a millionaire at MSFT.<<<

That was then, this is now. Smart employees would cash those in and take a fresh look at their situation.

Anyway, my point was Sal will be looking to be recruited soon enough, I suppose. And being pro-Microsoft is about as popular in the computer business right now as being pro-Khaddafi. The rest of these companies want you to have been seriously studying things like CORBA, for instance, not COM, in the main. So unless he plans to work for the evil empire itself, or it's minions...

Well Reg I thik your innovative company MS is in for big trouble in 1998.

PersonalJava Platform Adopted by TCI for Fully Configured Next-Generation Set-Tops
exchange2000.com
"The TV is not only one of the highest volume consumer platforms in the home, it is often at the centerpiece for family entertainment in homes around the world. Hundreds of thousands of Java application developers are poised to create the content and applications for this platform."

Now it's a bit early but I think this is leading to a NC which will be a real consumer product not like MS present innovative windows enviorement.

How is the big bully MS going to handle this one?
Give away Webtv with every purchase of Windows OS.
