FAMH.... David I'm sure if you have read the famh thread you know that I"m not well liked over there. This company may make it and they may be great. I really don't want to go into all of it but here are aouple of things from a conversation with the president Ira Monis. 1. How can you earn .06 in the third quarter on 1.7M if you earned .06 in the first two quarters on 4.5M? Answer numbers were miss stated and he was going to correct. Still waiting 2.Financials are unaudited and when do they plan on being listed and a reporting company. First of January - latest I've heard is now February. 3. How are you going to get the stock price higher so you can be listed? Seems like reverse split might be the only way? Not worried about price it will be there. Would only do a reverse split if he knew wallstreet was behind it. 9yaeh right) 4. When will you actually have the numbers for the third quarter? On the press right now and would mail me a copy. But even though he was the president he didn't know the numbers or approxination. (kind of weird don't you think?) I'm still waiting for my copy and that was about 4-5 weeks ago. I checke about a week ago and noone had seen them yet. 5. How were they going to pay for acquisitions. Financing that was arranged from the investment banker. ( he forgot to mention that it was an additional 4 million+ shares that they placed) There lastest news release today sounds good except for one minor detail, It doesn't say how much cash and how much stock. They are an 8 million dollar company and the other is a 60 million company. my guess, alot of stock with major dilution. THIS IS JUST A QUESS ON MY PART. Cheryl who has been very informative in th FAMH thread was going to get the answers for me next time she spoke to Ira. Asked her a couple of times if Ira had goten to her yet and she said everyone should do their own DD. She is absolutely right. This may turn out to be a great stock. Until I spoke to the President of the company I really liked this stock. The only reason I called him was it sounded to good to be true and you know the old saying about if something sounds to good to be true it usually is. I'm probably wrong Cary
