The increasing demand for skilled programmers plays an important role on how much work is successfully completed on time and the earnings. The more skilled they are the less rework and higher margin. Companies that have a good incentive plan to retain skilled people should do well. Companies that do not appreciate the value of people resource will lose. What criteria one can use to judge the quality of people management? Tool vendors may end up doing most of the labor. Ram
