FLR is on my watch list. They may end up in a good spot with Vogtle.
I never realized how badly some of the large construction/engineering firms miss on their estimates.
GVA is a good example of screwing themselves on large projects.
I do prefer FLR to CBI though. (many moons ago I worked on a Fluor Daniels papermill project down south)

More and more red flags, the unapproved change orders for more than $500M, the "beautified" balance sheet at the end of the quarter, by timing cash payments and draws apparently; erratic cash flows and a history of one off charges. These are classic hallmarks of a company cooking the books, imo.
