This is the same type of posting that this thread has had to endure for a long time. I think that it is only fair to explain what you mean. You can compare your statement to the one which says. "gee for a fat lady, you sure dance well"
I happen to disagree with your conclusion. The only time it is "end of story" IMO is when a company no longer exists. There is no rule that says that a pink sheet company cannot be in a short squeeze, and there is no rule limiting the upside price on a pink sheet stock. al

The stock will resume trading on the OTC BB, and you're right, this was a last ditch attempt to shake shares, Kugler & Mork's contentions to the SEC were satisfied for the SEC with the co.s 8K.
Kuglers' performance last night is very telling of his and Morks' desperation.
The MM's Must Make the Market or cover their shorts.
The delay is a NASDQ requirement and has nothing to do w/ the SEC, a form must be filled out to resume trading. The co. feels they can have the form back for trading to commence tommorow.
