Better do some more DD! The co. informs us that another form, a NASDQ requirement has to be filled-out before trading resumes. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SEC!!! THE 8K satisfied the SEC's concerns, trading will resume tommorow or Monday! Call the co. Ditch!

DD: Lets look at this together.
Will you agree that every investor has the legal right to take physical delivery of their certificates?
Now, if they have in fact sold more than the float, and the people demand their certificates.
Where do they come from?
Somebody sold those certificates.
Somebody must deliver them.
I am saying... it is the market makers who sold them, that must buy back in.
This will become a market, even if they don't want to make the market.
I don't see anyway around that.
I am open for your thoughts on this. al
