Ron,

I'm glad to see someone see the light! I may a dumb Arkansas hillbilly, but I can spot a company that is selling a bunch of hype!

<Excel was not trying to do a retro rate increase. Thay rased the rates dec 5 and just did not tell anyone.>

Did they not tell the reps as I take it? What a way to stay in touch with your reps and customers! How stupid can management be? And I do not care if that is how other companies do it or not, it is still WRONG!

I would say Mr. Kenny is too busy putting his EXCELL bank together and too busy investing all his money that he has pulled out of ECI! A very good rule of thumb to follow is when a company starts investing outside their core business such as the banking business with ECI then one better run for cover!

Again, I'm very happy to be short and I will cover at less than $10 if not alot lower! And when I cover I will not go long any unless I decide to buy 1 share to hang in my office as one of my trophy certificates along with ZITL and a few others!

Ron, I just have to laugh. You're making more at your new venture in 2 months then you were as an Excel rep after 2 years?!? You must of really been working your business hard. I've done every one of my customers a favor by switching them off of the B.S. phone programs they were on and lowering their rates down to .10 cents per minute. I don't have a big family to switch their service over for 50% more?
This next month I will have been an Excel rep for 2 years also. I have worked this business part time while working a FULL time job of managing over 145 employees in two states. My downline customers are being added at a record rate over the past 3 months. You and the shorters can boast all they want now, but these customers revenues will be added to the bottom line like they are being added nationwide. Write back to us next year and let us know if your new company is still in business. Excel will have probably added several new services by then and gearing up for electricty. Good luck.

p.s.- Can't wait for those new commercial rates to be announced on Jan 20th! Have several reps with the contacts needed to switch over some LARGE national accounts.
