Chief, getting through CPTAQ is ultimately about rezoning so I'll leave the semantics of who does what aside. You seem to be conveying the idea that management was in a position to release updates on the topics you listed yet they made a decision not to update investors or the market, is that accurate? I note your qualifier "if available". Conferences are nice if you have investors that don't mind you spending the money on attending them when the money could be better spent advancing the project through the exhaustive permitting and feasibility proofing process. Do you know any investors that wouldn't bitch about management spending money in that way at this critical juncture?
