Tom,

Perhaps "this is nothing new" and I do not mean to disparage
anyone. However the past few weeks you would have
thought that nothing was in the pipeline from the way
the price was behaving.

I, however, think this is the big time.
Then again I've been wrong before.

6.12 X 6.37

DAH DAH DAH

my best to you and all,
gary

Tom, I agree with you on some of your points also. To me, Worldcom is supplying access to sites to locate FNET equipment, there is not any mention of FNET sharing POPs.. There is no mention of Worldcom buying DVGs. However, the ability of Franklin to conclude such an agreement would also indicate, in my belief, that Worldcom believes FTEL is a viable, on-going, growing company with a service that is likely to attract business and make money. I don't believe WorldCom would agree to host FTEL as a favor to Frank. I believe they will have to sell service, and DVGs to businesses to call into the network. However, the beauty of it, is that Franklin has secured SPACE ON THE LARGEST INTERNET NETWORK IN THE WORLD! So, I agree, they did not sell any DVGs to WorldCom, Franklin can't stick enough T-1s and ports into their box yet to become carrier class. But they did just find a backbone to host 100's of their own local DVG POPs, all over the world!

Thomas,

Did you check AOL's price recently. It is sitting at $89 a share. I could live with that type of difficulty.
