Not necessarily, but I do believe that the cost of single payer would blow everyone's minds. You just need the back of an envelope and to project that.

When doctors don't have to spend 100,000 for insurance liability insurance I guess those savings just vaporize?

Not vaporize, just a drop in the bucket.
