I think one of the main problems in America is that we think of our health as separate from our lives. We have a food industry with food scientists working very hard to get us addicted to unhealthy food that leads to diseases like diabetes and others. Environmental toxins lead to diseases like cancer and others. We have jobs where we sit on our asses all day, and may earn great bucks, while destroying our health.

I don't know what the answer is, but the Trump admin. is very unlikely to even see the question.

You're trying to change the subject.

Life expectancy, taken alone, is not a meaningful metric for comparing these systems.

The bottom line is that the ACA did NOT improve health care outcomes. But it has and will continue to place immense financial burdens on taxpayers that, frankly, cannot be met without making serious lifestyle cuts. This is not something we dump on people who aren't informed.
