Redhead...first of all let me say that I am long on APCO (3k @ 6.625) and I will fax anyone my buy sheets to prove it.... Why, I don't know. You said a friend purchased a car with the warranty, but at what premimum ? (premi***** doesn't look right, maybe I shud opt for the spellchek) From what I gather the warranty is rather expensive and the car buyers I know, myself included, try to get out of the showroom with the least amount of blood drawn. Take your son..apparently a new buyer... is he going to opt to up his cost or payments by 5-10% for this protection? I know I wouldn't !! The numbers and charts are there and look good but I wish someone could convince me why I am invested in a stock I am so negitive about. Has anyone on this thread actually bot one of these warranties ? Would you at price from what I gather to be around $800 ???? Regards and good investing ....Sailor
