I have been consistent, you have to admit. I believe CCB is worth 53c and should have gotten there at least once. However, it did not, much like ZEN did not get to Glorieux's projections.....EVER.
Once the stock is above 40c my accuracy increases to about 80-85%, I expect once permits issued that should be when we do the 40+
