Some of the missed business will fall into this quarter, so this quarter should be fine. I did bump into one of the Talx executives amonth ago and he said "We are a far better company now than when we first went public".A very general statement-but heartening. Plus insiders have bought stock at $8-$9.I really think this is an EASY double within a year.I bought more this morning.

<<We (TALX) are assessing the impact of our customers' inclusion of web-based capabilities in their self-service solutions, which at this stage are proving themselves more complex than standard IVR applications.>>

I believe TALX offers Web based enrollment for their flexible benefit systems along with their standard IVR. They probably offer this option for other applications as well. Sounds like he is saying that the Web applications are proving to be more difficult than the IVR systems. When he says "self-service" I believe he means a system that resides at the customer site as opposed to the work number that TALX services in house. I don't believe he means the customers are trying to get rid of TALX and are trying to "do it themselves". I also think they are really pushing to get the system on a NT platform as that is what many customers and potential customers are waiting for.

Hope this helps.
