George: I totally agree, there may have been two months or so of heavy agreements, but years of credibility built up for Franklin when speaking about WCOM. At the New York demo, these few executives from WCOM didn't just walk in after a brochure was mailed to them. WCOM must of done extensive homework on all the competitors, to make sure they had the best and the most compatible for their systems, to me that's a given. Franklin's outstanding record for producing cutting edge products, WCOM has known about for years. We heard how impressed all where at the demo, but I would bet that hundreds of hours where spent by WCOM evaluating the Tempest. If WCOM spends 30 billion on MCI, how much more careful would they be in the "competition side of Internet Telephony", to make sure they had the best online/inhouse. Someone mentioned that they felt the installation of the DVG's into WCOM POP's would be a heavy burden for FTel/FNet. There would also be tariff's involved worldwide. We could speculate and say that WCOM is helping foot the bill, in return FNet is giving a few more CENTS-PER-MINUTE. We could say that for every .075 cents brought in, WCOM is getting .04cents instead of .03cents. Some may not think so, but I have to leaN towards someone or some company helping to foot the initial bill. Oh yea..... Intrine's 2.5 million, and about 8 million in the bank. ggg Bottom line is that after Frank spends 5 years developing this plan, why would he cut himself short. Franklin Internet doesn't need WCOM if its not a good deal for FNet. PERIOD!!! CommandoTemp' ps. I think the stock is worth about $15.00 a share right now, but if it doesn't make it for a few months, I shan't be disappointed. ggg
