Eric, While I wholeheartedly agree with you, I've decided that this is the price we pay to invest in an OTCBB stock. Also, maybe since it is a "letter of intent", there may not be final details. How's that for a positive spin on not knowing what exactly is going on. I hope someone can find out what happened with the conference call with the brokers. David

Eric, I agree with you, this was a little sketchy. Also noticed the words "assets of". That could mean anything. If they lease their buildings what do you get? Do you get their accounts or just their office furniture? The good thing about this stock is at this price the risk reward ratio is awesome. Depending on who does the financing it could be great for the stock. If it is financed by someone, then it is an investment for them. They may help get the word out if they are putting up a chunk of change (even coverage). Hopefully with the added debt comes greater income and a balancing effect. This is gona be fun to watch, good luck to all. Anthony PS. I read your profile, are you still in Korea? I did a year there at Osan in 96. What's a bottle of Soju going for these days?
