To say that 15 is a resistance level is an understatement. There were 4 market makers on the bid at 15 at least part of the morning. Then a lot of selling at 15 started to come in. Most of the large blocks (on the sell side) were for 10k and 5k but I did see one block of 104k (I had to look several times to make sure I saw correctly). Finally there was just one market maker left on the bid (I believe it was Webb) who showed 4k size at 15 but they took well over 30k and then some.

The majority of trading in the morning was on the sell side. It sure was nice to see such a solid resistance point. I kept expecting to see the bid drop but somebody was accumulating a lot of stock at 15. After seeing all of that selling and yet the stock still holding its ground I would expect the stock to make a move up shortly if not tomorrow (wishful thinking). Of course if the market drops a couple hundred points in one day then the 15 level may break.

David,

With the stock holding firm at $15, I can't help but wonder whether a portion of the buyback program is being implemented. Is this something you can comment on?

Personally I have mixed feelings on the buyback. While I believe the stock represents excellent value now, I also believe its good to build up balance sheet during good times - a lot of good companies have a lot of cash on balance sheet.

David,

I noticed that the virtual motion sensor technology is
trademarked rather than patented. Have there been any
attempts to patent some of the motion sensor technology with
regard to games? I know that its difficult to patent the
motion sensor itself, but if you can combine the sensor
with some other innovation in the game, it is possible. Have
any other toy companies approached RADAF about licensing
the VMS technology?

Thanks in advance.
