Good Evening Joanie: The S-1 submitted by FTEL to the SEC has been approved. I believe the quarter ending December will be the first reporting quarter. Information about FTEL can be found at the web page www.ftel.com. The recent filings with the SEC spell out the number of shares. There have been several filings because of the $7million private placement. Will be interesting to see the effect of the news story that came out about noon today. Jim

Joanie: FTEL has filed for full reporting status on the NASDAQ. The stock price will go up from hear as soon as the news starts to really hit the street. This is a hugh event for FTEL. Not only do they literally have THE BEST TELEPHONY PRODUCT ON THE MARKET, they now have a WORLD CLASS PARTNER to establish their presence as a major player. FTEL will not be a BB stock much longer after their listing and reporting status is approved by the NASDAQ. This stock was selling at $10 a share several months ago and is now available for just under $7 today. It won't be for long. By the year 2002 telephone usage over the INTERNET will be a BILLION dollar industry. RADAR
