I don't understand the last sentence in your post:
"the large amount of employee owned stock (currently blacked-out) that will be able to trade after earnings are reported."
Do you think employees would want to sell at the current low market prices anymore than anyone else? Or are there large options that will be released for employees to sell at higher prices. The link provided earlier:

at least has one bright spot - the writer thinks that SEQ is positioned better than most DD companies, and will come out even stronger within a couple quarters.
