Joanie: I am going to have to go back to the S-1 to verify this but I belive there are 18million shares, fully dilluted. The announcement today, we are told, is just the first of a series of announcements regarding deploying Franklin Telecommunications as a first class world provider for Internet Telephony. The roll out of the FNET IPO should be happening in the near future. Would suggest viewing the web page, www.ftel.com, as it is loaded with information. Jim
