re <<Even without the gold it looks like a solution in search of a problem>>

looks like gold does not believe there would be war w/r to the two koreas, and that both kim and trump have no balls

above was the effort of diligent jack whilst visiting finland, to learn about downed soviet fighter planes, and bears, before moving to shanghai, to learn language that may make his neural net more able

now back in hong kong, re-applying himself to building something out of utter absolute entropic chaos

typical, the day after i sell my apparently range-bound paper gold to recognise profit that went into accumulation of similarly range-bound physical gold, in what ought to be a sustainable game that increases competitive advantage in the form of capability / capacity to withstand future losses, gold goes up some more

in the mean time i observe that it seems everyone who is anyone is tweeting, to get their views out w/o the distortion lens of the media, any media

and now the military commanders are getting involved w/ what ostensibly could be characterised as politic, but perhaps they do not see it that way edition.cnn.com

all the happenings in the usa seems to demonstrate that democracy is alive and well and active, as long as we put aside the issue of whether the current protocol is a way to make progress on imperatives

whilst n.korea kim got what he always wanted, a direct dialogue w/ potus trump

and getting praised scmp.com
the previous policy of usa had always been no direct one-on-one dialogue w/ n.korea, and insisted on participations of s.korea (of course), japan (naturally), china (cannot understand why) and russia (got me)

through such usa-n.korea direct dialogue, and the kibitzing on the sides by the others, the parties respective stands are now crystal clear, for all to view

s.korea indicates it doesn't have the balls to engage in war against the north
n.korea states it would hit usa if attacked
usa states it is game-over should usa be attacked
russia and japan keeps very quiet
china states if n.korea strikes first, china neutral, and if usa strikes first, china stops usa
looks like we have little to worry about w/r to the korean situation, for it is under control, and the financial markets believes so

i continue to recommend gold
