MK, If the investigation is over, why would the SEC not say what caught their eye (or ear)? Do you know how to even go about asking the SEC what got them looking at RMIL? TIA, Cheese Still Holding Edited: You also mentioned late filings. What got the SEC focused on RMIL when there are other companies with late filings (like Mork's). That's why I'd like to know who or what got them looking at RMIL. Depending on why the SEC started looking, it could be good info to know when looking at other stocks to invest in.
