Yes, Marshall, I was pretty frustrated several months ago as they were trying to get their system running.

Through it all, they honored the $12/trade even when it was done through a broker. I am sure I contributed to more than a few ulcers at their Seattle branch. There was NEVER a time that one of their people was rude or short tempered with me even though I can't say the same for myself.
