Was just answering your question, I agree they're probably not much of a direct threat to the U.S. as yet.

But indirectly ... they might be able to hit South Korea, Japan, or even China with a few of those bottle rockets with all hell ensuing, or the might just decide to take out Seoul and Tokyo with conventional weapons.

Your clown might not care too much about that, but it's a dangerous game he's playing ...
