Shoes - I've been watching Mitel since 1993 and I still don't understand it.
They've been an active competitor for many of the current technologies, they appear to have a good team and they do land contracts.

They're major competition for Data Race's integration multiplexers but I think RACE has always provided a better value with their "card upgradeable" design philosophy.

I happened to have one of their old product folders here and as I thought they appear to have been way ahead of the CTI curve back in 1993 and tried to stay ahead of things in proprietary chip designs. Now I realize CTI was still in its youth at that time but you'd think by now these guys would have been making a much bigger dent.

What they're going to do with Gandalf is anyone's guess but I wouldn't put it past them to attempt to come up with some sort of BT- or MCC Communications-type product.

A small stock on a big exchange but if one had a little patience it might be a good pick?
