Well let me put it this way.....your marginal tax rate tells me very little......your effective tax rate tells me what you really pay on your total income.....

I believe his bitch is the marginal rate isn't the effective rate for the rich. He figures they shouldn't be allowed any deductions or the benefits of the initial lower brackets.

As you make more money they do start taking away some deductions but not all of them. I guess he wants it even more penal.
