Yo_Linch..........................My broker is very big in semi conductor sector and told me the Chips deal has been approved, and that the current delay in announcing the FTC approval is because the head of the investigating team on the CHPS / INTEL deal is still on Christmas vacation and won't return to his office until next Monday. THIS IS SUCH A RIDICULOUS RUMOR that it is probably true because this is the way our stupid bureacratic government really does things! The effect that the DEC / INTEL deal has on the CHPS deal is supposedly nil. This is just what I have been told and I have no way to know if it is true or not! Cheers-Norman
