Why is this still positive news for OXFD?
I think the company will eventually turn around, but I am holding a short-term short position on OXFD, just to set the record straight.

I saw the report also. For the record, MP bought 9.5 in Pacificare. Report also mentioned that this could be a singnal that the industry is at the bottom, since that's what MP specializes in.

The report also said that MP has also purchased a stake in OXHP. How much did he purchase? Did not mention. The 9.5% was strictly related to Pacificare.
