...TCGI has 174 mil sh out---that gives you the 10-11 bil price...as I see it, TCGI is more mature and a few yrs ahead of WCII, but started many (10?) yrs ago...is EBITDA positive...also owns BizTel, which has 38ghz...notice that a sig part of TCGI is owned by big cable operators--that could be part of the game plan...also could make for tough negotiations now and after deal is done...all in all deal is a + for WCII with incr visibility, credibility...who do you think now moves up on the ladder of the constant buzz of takeover/alliance talk..remember, T still has a ton of cash...maybe to buy a little piece of WCII with a master agreement to boot????

Boy, I think I get screwed in this Teleport deal.

Bought Apr 55's a couple weeks ago when TCGI dropped to 54, feeling a takeover was emminent and guessing a takeout price of 60 to 65. Was making good money yesterday around 58. But now at 54 to 56, my options will be nearly worthless and I'll stand to lose at least 75% of that money.

My question: Does anybody know what will happen to my options in a case like this? Would I get the opportunity to at least convert them to options on AT&T at the conversion rate? Or am I just stuck with the 54 to 56 cash?

Come on Sprint, let's up the ante here!!!
