To quote the Chairman of Heidelberg, Mr. Harmut Mehdorn, " The joint venture is a significant growth initiative for Heidelberg" September 3, 1997. I was at the press conference to unveil this j/v. It is not as you describe it above. I believe that the initial staffing seconded from both companies is in the 200 area.
