Hello! Brad, You have highlighted some very thought provoking points, in your recent FAMH Postings! I imagine that with the potential magnitude of " The Letter Of Intent!" and the various scenario's surrounding the tax issues, that there will be quite a "mound" of paper work/administrative details before all the dust settles! My "hunch" is also that any "Non-Disclosures Documents/Agreements " that have been signed, would most likely only include the most " Senior Players!" in all concerned parties! So! The point that I am trying to make is, it is very unlikely that any employee from FAMH or MYRAID ( Whatever the spelling!) would be able to shed any more light on the details of the "Letter Of Intent!", then what we, the general public/shareholders have been privy to in the recent "Press Release!". Yes! I am in complete agreement with you, Brad! That individuals can do some very interesting and strange things in the "Business World!" and I thought that you identified several ( fairly common) reasons for "buyout's" or the "small fish buying out the BIG FISH" scenario! I also agree that timing, location, and the right "Leadership" are all key components in moving a company forward! ( My personal opinion is telling me that we have those three ingredients in FAMH! ). I will qualify that opinion that I feel we currently have those three ingredients! ( Things can change! For bettor or worse! Or they can remain stagnant!) I also have followed up and made some inquires! And just my opinion! But! I believe that items that are part of the "Non-Disclosure Agreements!" are being very well guarded/protected! So! Even remarks / comments that are received from employee's of the companies concerned, are in my opinion, mostly guesswork, opinion's, and speculation! ( With a $60,000,000. Deal potentially sitting on the table, I doubt very much that many or any people on the street, have even a "clue" what the final/end result will be!!!!) (Other than at this point in time it looks "Very Promising!" At least in my opinion!). Finally! If all the questions that have surfaced on this thread, had received clear , decisive and detailed responses from the participating parties involved-----Then I wouldn't be presented with this opportunity to buy FAMH at .40 cents per share!! ( Just my own opinion!) Brad! My impression is that you put a lot of thought, consideration, research, and a significant time investment into your postings! I look forward to all your postings, and I do sense that your previous business related experiences are a definite advantage to this thread! Thank You!
