John, just a matter of time I think. President Trump and his team are working on cutting regulations and In particular those provisions in Dodd Frank that are too restrictive.
Supply is way below historic norms in the 10 years since the crash creating a shortage of inventory, mortgage rates are the lowest in decades. All ingredients for a nice appreciation over the coming years. I don't know I'd be in a hurry to sell.
