I downloaded the Eudora Planner from QCOM and played with it for a while.ÿ It's got some great features. They have a lot to clean up in it, but it is still a beta.ÿ There are a few things that I don't like the functionality of, and I'm emailing them with suggestions.
ÿ
I does look promising, however, and I am considering replacing the new $199 product (ACT!) I just bought with it when it is released.ÿ Act! is a better product for business contacts and can't be touched in that area.ÿ But, it is too complicated for most casual users. Planner is a perfect PIM for home and non-sales oriented business use.
ÿ
I figure Planner could sell for around $50-100.ÿ Main competition is Lotus Organizer and SideKick 98.ÿÿ Planner offers more features, IMHO. I especially like the "categories" feature, which is what steered me to ACT! (call "groups" in ACT!) in the first place.

Could be a contender! Anyone else give it a try?

Also, what's the potential of PureVoice?
