I am leery of these places and would feel uncomfortable renting out our place. I know there are places to rent villas and houses and have thought that would be a great solution. But Someone wants a house. <g>

I think that's they way I'd go. Why invest the capital (and risk it) when you can VRBO or AirBnB for less money, and no risk to your capital.
