Phillips suit. "Stay of proceedings" is curious phrase. That indicates that the proceedings are stopped, not just recessed or continued to a later date. Could merely mean a long delay in starting up again; court didn't have any time on its docket to schedule re-start. Haven't read any of the press releases on it, so I am just reacting to the phrase you used. Check the press release and see if it gives some reason for cessation of proceedings; that might give a clue to what is intended.
