I just talked to Ira.
He reads SI and knew me already. LOL
I asked my questions and he said he covered everything
already with Brad and that it will be posted tonight here

Hi David! I think FAMH ratios are higher because of the type of business they seek.

Permanent placement is almost ALL profit. High end technical placements can be very high dollar profit. And the new Payroll Financing Division is extremely profitable.

I'm sure they probably have some of the lower end stuff as well. But people in the Phoenix office, the Houston office, and Ira have all said the same thing, "Firamada goes after the high end placements."

Of course, Arif Adam has been in the staffing business for a long, long time. From my discussions with Ira, it sounds like Arif Adam (CEO) still oversees the operational direction of the company and Ira (Pres) is responsible for the financial end of things. They both are doing what they do best.

As Brokers get ahold of the FAMH info, I think we will see a distinct shift upwards and it could happen very fast. Making a $60 Million acquisition will get some attention!!!
