Hindsight is always 20-20, wm Would you rather I post my XAU or XAU related trades only after they've made money so you could chide me for not posting earlier, i.e., so you could get some, too... Yes, I saw the Peruvian Supreme Ct refused to issue an opinion, not exactly a loss per se, but a continuation of a stalemate. Do you actually believe that NEM won't "win" in this david and goliath story? Counselor Philv would probably be the first to point out, any good legal compromise makes everyone a little mad. One thing's fer sure... the percentage loss in NEM was much more a zit on the landscape of life than the loss in the junior stk's share value t'day... O/49r
