I was just watching CNBC. They were discussing the componant price drop for componants coming from Asia, and in fact Dell announced today that it was dropping prices because of this. However, they also brought up an interesting point. Bankruptcies in Korea are occurring at 45/day. They asked the question " what if componant companies start to go under." That would definately stop the price erosion as supply would definately be impacted. Of course, this will not happen overnight, but an interesting idea.
