Yes, the management who protected shareholder rights when they said no to letting Toshiba out of their contractual obligations. Saying yes would have destroyed our investment. This is not the case to say that the victim is responsible.

Do you truly believe that this management doesn't have a plan B in place in the highly unlikely event that their legal position crumbles? I give them far more credit than that.

If they had the 'ability to navigate challenges,' they would have already signed an agreement with Toshiba.

Navigating challenges does not mean having the ability to make icebergs disappear. It does mean having the ability to see them, find another path, and not go down like the Titanic.
