SOROS: I'm definitely the wrong person to be asking about what the lack of support by EMERALD means. I'm a software techie and know that stuff pretty well. But, I'm not very experienced in the games financial types play. Maybe they want to invest at the bottom? Maybe they think it's not worth a damn? I don't even know if EMERALD is/was compensated for whatever they did or didn't say.

In answer to your question ... (no, I'm not dodging it) ... no, I can't think of one reason why EMERALD wouldn't have ZITL in their fund. On the other hand, I can't think of one reason why they WOULD have ZITL in their fund.

Incidentally, you kept mentioning their "top 10". Perhaps the value of their ZITL stock (if they have any at all) has decreased enough that it fell out of the top 10 list?

TED (I understand your rejection of FBN because of lack of time, but why would Mad Monk disapprove? It seemed he enjoyed a moment or two of pure frivolity from time to time.)

Soros, What did Emerald say when you called them to follow up on
your questions you are publicy posting when you say its likely
they have no position, or seems likely? What is Emeralds comment?
I assume, Soros, you have indeed called them if you are making
such a big deal of this, haven't you? Would seem like the responsible
thing to do, in my opinion.
