Awwww S*it!! Why did I read this last post before I went to bed. Oh well, I would've heard it on the radio 1st thing in the AM anyway. Hang Seng at 9K?????????? Nikki BELOW 15K (that never happens ....) Man, when is this going to end????? Techs in the dumper again tommorow :((

Hi Paul, Indonesia was down as much as 19% yesterday before "coming back" to finish down "only" 8%. Japan had a huge rally (forget the %, I think 8% maybe) and gave it all back to finish about unchanged Thursday. China 50% off its highs. 60% drop in competitiveness vs. a basket of fallen SE Asian currencies. (How long before they devalue?) Talk of military takeover in Indonesia as the Indonesians make a run on the grocery stores. And lets keep in mind that Indonesia is the 4th most populous country in the world. This ain't Mexico. Must be a bottom somewhere, but the bad news will keep coming as the rest of the world gets infected. Dwight
