Have you notice the Chinese index have been rising somewhat in the midst the collapse of the rest of the Asian markets ? I think China is the cause of the pacific rim collapse. Chinese industrials have been rising rapidly replacing the higher labor cost in the rest of Asia. Therefore, the sum total to the US economy may not be march as conumption for US products may shift more to the big Chinese country. What do you think?

IQ, looks like the whole world is down overnite and this morning in Europe. Sure hope that those hourly earnings are really up! Looks like we will start in the hole this AM. Singapore down 7.4%, Hang Seng is now under 8900. George
