Serious, Gates predicted DSL will be big this year. PAIR is #1 DSL
company, it's kicking ass and has no business in S. Korea. More and more
companies are getting T1 lines. Every T1 line has PAIR removing its
repeaters.

I still believe another quarter or two is what is needed for a large pickup in DSL.

DSL will definitely never even going to come close to anything remotely big this year.
It might 3 yrs or so later-

3 key points-
- no BW capacity in the core network
- no cycle capacity on the servers to handle millions of Mbits
- upgrade of existing equipment on both access and POP

56K will go a long long way -
