Sorry - a vote for Stein or Bernie or Donald Duck or Superman are equally inane IMO.

The people that voted for any of those or who stayed home lost the election. Of registered Dems, that was the low turnout of certain segments. Bernie Bros and other people who didn't close ranks did it. Lowest turnout in years shows the alacrity of the leadership.

7% of the black vote would have tipped the scales. There is no shortage of people, sectors and organizations to blame. But when it came time to vote, you have to suck it up when your candidate choice doesn't make the ballot or you get what we have. Bernie's false equivalence was there too - he can't walk that back and that became an excuse to stay home. "Aw, it doesn't matter... they are all just as bad." thinking was what put this steaming POS into the White House. Here's another sector that shot themselves in the foot.

The black voter turnout rate declined for the first time in 20 years in a presidential election, falling to 59.6% in 2016 after reaching a record-high 66.6% in 2012.
