It is like a rocket refueling. While stalled it may fall back towards earth a little. Now that it is "refreshed" it can continue onto "infinity and beyond" (BuzzLightYear)

I think Todd is correct. I have heard that the TA folks have been calling for ACMI to retest the $1 3/4 level before it can break through the $2 1/4 resistance.
