IMO, Doesn't it concern anyone that the total market cap of this stock is extremely obscure? My best guess of oustanding shares including the warrants issued during the last financing is approximately 22 million shares, making the market cap for ftel ocer 100 million.

In addition, the worldcomm deal is for fnet, of which ftel only currently owns 50%, before anticipated dilution of an IPO. I did some day trading yesterday and took a small loss when the stock appeared to be getting seriously manipulated. For a stock to move in a 35% trading range is extremely unusual.

The Computer Telephony article was positive, I read it last week when the magazine was sent to subscribers, but it doesn't mean that they have a lock on the market. Reminder that Qwest made an IP Telephony announcement last week that doesn't use compression.

Also, did some checking regarding the Syracuse Press release, and ftel was not listed as a partner on that website. I believe they were involved but the release made it sound like they were collaborating directly with IBM/Lucent, whick it appears that they were on of several.

I wish you all the best but don't allow greed to motivate you to invest anything other than speculative money.
