Where did you get the 50% for FTEL ownership of FNET? That number is WAY LOW as far as I recall the current ownership is approximately 70%.

I'm very comfortable with a $100m market cap
for a company about to move out of development
phase and given its potential. I own other
development phase stocks at multiples of FTELs
mkt cap that I'm more concerned about.
Anyone's valuation of FTEL is purely
subjective. Some people may feel that it is
over-valued or fairly valued given the market
opportunity and competition. Others, many who
are on this board or continuing to purchase at
these levels, feel that there is great value
in FTEL given the size of the telephony
opportunity, the quality of FTELs products,
the mgmt team, and the alliances/customers
they have developed.
The divergence of opinion is what makes the
market. That's what is fun about FTEL. And
since I think a $100m market cap is quite
cheap for the opportunity to buy into Frank's
vision vs. VOCLF and IDTs $180m and $250m
market caps and business plans.

But also, don't be embarassed by taking a
profit. Make your decision and don't look
back. Good investing! cm

no concern at all.read previous post and join the club.ggg
If you had any feel for the business there are real concerns in running a telephone company.Just one to chew on billing. Oh yeah mundane but more important than anything posted on this board by some fools who thought they had found a reason for the demise of ftel.Last night after doing real due dilly and this long time concern of mine was very very favorably resolved and it is so simple.I wont reveal it here for many reasons but later after the marketing plan is rolled out remember one thousand thats the key.If you want to worry about real problems you must have real knowledge of the industry.
